Estimated costsPhase One
Second Portion has begun
updated August 31, 2025The first portion of Phase One is now complete. The Church Lighting has been updated and successfully replaced. The project for the replacement of the exterior lighting has been approved and scheduled. Work will begin in the middle of October and should take about a month to complete.
Phase Two
Phase Two will address upgrades to and replacement of certain portions of the HVAC System in the Church. After twenty-three years, the HVAC system has begun to show various signs of failure, decreased efficiency, as well as heating and moisture control issues in the Church and Church Hall, resulting is some dangerous conditions, such as slippery flooring. This project is estimated to cost $150,000 or more to repair.
Phase Three
Phase Three will address the security of the Church and office through the installation of an Electronic Access Control System, estimated at $75,000. This will allow greater ease of use for parishioners who need to access and use the parish facilities, while at the same time, provide for more secure control of the premises.
Phase Four
Phase Four will address various smaller projects that need attention, such as the painting and repair of exterior Church structures, including the replacement of the gutters, estimated at $30,000, and other small but necessary repairs: proper external drainage around various sections of the property to stop flooding and seepage, and smaller upgrades to other parts of our facility such as entryways, restrooms, and other areas that require special focus. These projects are estimated at $24,000.00.

UPDATE
August 31, 2025***UPDATED***
The work for the replacement of the exterior lighting of the Church and the parking lot has been approved by the Diocese and work will commence in the middle of October. Due to everyone's continued giving to the Capital Campaign, we have enough funding remaining for this part of our upgrades. Thank you for your continued generosity.

Our goalOur parish's goal is $600,000 over a four year period from November 1, 2023 - October 31, 2027. This will give us the time we need to raise the funds and complete the projects.
